Paul Jay and Nelofer Pazira directed this doc-umentary about Nelofer’s return to her homeland in search of a childhood friend whom she fears has died under Taliban rule. It’s a moving story that features some great authentic Afghan music. MS and co-composer Tim Clement recorded and edited material from Afghan musicians living in Toronto (Canada) as well as adding original music with the help of flautist Ron Korb.
